Patrick McCollum Case

Zaracon from Pagan’s Tonight posted this on his Facebook today and I think as part of the Pagan Media, you may find this dossier assembled a few months ago about this by Jason Pitzl-Waters quite useful in your shows:

As always, you can visit WildHunt.org/blog for the latest updates about the case and reaction to the latest decision. Just ignore the Patrick Stewart reference, Jason obviously isn’t fully awake yet.

Credit goes to Zaracon for digging this up :) .

Social Media Pagan PodNet

05.31

I noticed a few Facebook invitations in this morning’s emails.

This is to let everyone know that I’m not dissing anybody by not clicking “friend” on facebook.

I simply don’t DO facebook, or myspace, or even twitter. There are enough people with my personal information sending advertisements for crap I don’t want or need already. So I don’t have accounts on those places to befriend anybody from. I try to notice before clicking on links so as to avoid going to any facebook pages even, but occasionally I miss and find myself there — very, very briefly.

The only “social network” sites I’m on, really, is Paganspace . NET and Pagan Playground and Pagan Forums — oh, and here as well.

Ocean at Deaf Pagan Blogs has a new post about captioning video podcasts for our the deaf and hard-of-Hearing Pagan community.  As more and more Pagan ‘casters turn to videocasting, it becomes more important that they realize that there are viewers out there whose needs should also be served. And it’s not that hard to do.
